SynaptixGames is an independent video game development company that specializes in providing 3D game development services designed to assist clients with all aspects of game development including design, production, coding, art, and audio. The company was founded by Robert and Stephen Madsen who both share a passion for video games and delivering excellence. As both avid gamers and software developers, Robert and Stephen founded SynaptixGames to create quality 3D video games at an affordable price. SynaptixGames treats every project as if it was their own and above all place their reputation on excellence in quality, content and customer satisfaction.










Robert Madsen


Robert is co-founder of SynaptixGames and serves as the Studio Director managing all studio projects. Robert has a degree in Computer Science with over 30 years of experience as a programmer. He is a member of the International Game Developers Association and is an active evangelist for the game industry, writing for several industry publications and speaking at industry events. Robert previously worked for MumboJumbo in Dallas, TX creating such games as Luxor 3 and Luxor: Quest for the Afterlife. He also worked for Other Ocean Interactive where he helped create Dark Void Zero and Globe: Earth Explorer before forming Synaptix Games.









Stephen Madsen


Stephen is co-founder of SynaptixGames and the Lead Software Engineer. Stephen has over 15 years of experience as a programmer with the last 10 years being in the game industry. Stephen graduated from Full Sail University and immediately went to work for Other Ocean Interactive in Canada where he helped create Diner Dash, Chocolatier, and Sour Patch Kids Sour Fling, among others. Upon returning to the United States, Stephen immediately formed Synaptix Games with Robert.








Austin Stoner


Austin joined the SynaptixGames team as a game programmer and is an invaluable member contributing on multiple game titles. Austin is a graduate of Colorado Mesa University with a degree in Computer Science.
