SynaptixGames is an independent video game and simulation development company that specializes in 3D game development services that assist clients with all aspects of game development including design, production, coding, art, and audio. The company was founded by Robert and Stephen Madsen who both share a passion for building leading-edge software. As avid gamers and software developers, Robert and Stephen founded SynaptixGames to create quality 3D video games at an affordable price. Robert Madsen - Co-Founder & Studio Director


Robert is co-founder of SynaptixGames and serves as the Studio Director managing all studio projects. Robert has a degree in Computer Science with over 30 years of experience as a programmer. He is a member of the International Game Developers Association and is an active evangelist for the game industry, writing for several industry publications and speaking at industry events. Robert previously worked for MumboJumbo in Dallas, TX creating such games as Luxor 3 and Luxor: Quest for the Afterlife. He also worked for Other Ocean Interactive where he helped create Dark Void Zero and Globe: Earth Explorer before forming Synaptix Games.


Stephen Madsen - Co-Founder & CTO


Stephen is Co-Founder & CTO of SynaptixGames. Stephen has over 12 years of experience in the game industry. Stephen graduated from Full Sail University in 2008 and immediately went to work for Other Ocean Interactive in Canada where he worked on titles such as Diner Dash, Disney Toy Story 3, Chocolatier, and Sour Patch Kids Sour Fling among others. Upon returning to the United States, Stephen immediately formed SynaptixGames with Robert.
